David has been practicing elder law and estate planning in Northeast Pennsylvania since 2008. Over the course of his career he has helped hundreds of families navigate some of the most important legal decisions they’ll ever face, from protecting assets from nursing home costs to settling estates after a loved one passes.
He is known among his clients for being available, for returning every call within one business day, and for explaining complicated legal matters in plain language so families can make the decisions that are right for them.

Amanda Bonk joined the Bregman & Lantz family, as a dedicated Legal Assistant, and Notary Public, in the summer of 2021. She earned her associate degree, in criminal justice, from Luzerne County Community College, and since then has always had a strong passion for the legal field. Amanda enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be overwhelming situations, offering dependable support with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. She currently resides in Forty Fort with her husband and their cat, Loki.
