David Z. Lantz
David has been practicing elder law and estate planning in Northeast Pennsylvania since 2008. Over the course of his career he has helped hundreds of families navigate some of the most important legal decisions they’ll ever face, from protecting assets from nursing home costs to settling estates after a loved one passes.
He is known among his clients for being available, for returning every call within one business day, and for explaining complicated legal matters in plain language so families can make the decisions that are right for them.
David believes the practice of elder law is fundamentally about people. Not just documents and deadlines, but the families behind them.
